Many of our customers appreciate the advantages of powder coating. Among the industrial paint coatings available today, powder coating is the most economical and environmentally friendly process and finish. Some of the advantages of powder coating are:

We offer both Thermoplastic and Thermoset powder coatings, based on customer specifications. Specialty Industrial Coatings also offers Teflon® FEP in both liquid and powder for durable industrial paint coatings with unique finish properties.
 
Our preparation process includes degreasing and cleaning parts with a mild soap solution, rinsing with clear water and either phosphate coating or sandblasting to increase surface area for proper adhesion.  We use environmentally friendly garnet blast media and quality Schmidt sandblasting equipment.

Our Gema Data Gravity Guns are the highest quality devices, developed and manufactured to meet the high demands of customers in a wide range of industrial sectors.

Our Lakeville, Indiana facility offers minimal lead time (5 days) and advanced capabilities.  We can handle parts up to 7’ wide x 8’ high and 3500 lbs. and are capable of fast, same-day color changes. All of our systems are backed up to ensure consistent production and customer satisfaction. Specialty Industrial Coatings is a Total Quality Management Company and is ANSI Q9002 compliant. All customer products are closely monitored by our trained staff to ensure customer compliance.
